Seth and Scraggy

Because Seth needs more love and screen time. He doesn't get a lot compared to his parents (Tala and Neomonni)... Also, I have a new found love for Scraggy. Just happened to catch one in my Pokemon White and I was like "motherfucker, ima draw youuuu." SO I DID. And I am very pleased at the outcome.
